The modern and contemporary design of The Northern Hotel's two custom built Meeting & Event rooms are a stylish alternative to other local corporate facilities.

Fraser suite - the larger of our 2 rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 140 delegates. The room has been sympathetically decorated in warm neutral tones and full sash & case windows give the benefit of natural lighting to the room.

Anderson room - beautifully appointed, the smaller of our meeting rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people. Like The Fraser suite, the room benefits from natural daylight and boasts beautiful original fireplace and ornate cornicing.

Our flexible spaces can cater for a wide variety of corporate events from private business meetings to large scale banquets and receptions.

The latest state of the art equipment is available on request and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.  A range of day delegate rates and event packages are available to suit your event specification.

Half Day Delegate Rate

£17.50 per person

The rate includes room hire and standard equipment hire, tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, buffet lunch, mineral water on your table.

Day Delegate Rate

£22.50 per person

The rate includes room hire and standard equipment hire, tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, buffet lunch, mid-afternoon tea and coffee, and mineral water on your table.

24 Hour Delegate Rate

£95 per person

The rate includes room hire and standard equipment hire, tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, buffet lunch, mid-afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits, mineral water on your table, bed and breakfast and a 2 course dinner in our Baillie Restaurant.

For our 24 hour delegates the Northern Hotel proudly boasts 15 bedrooms, all sumptuously furnished with SKY TV and en-suite facilities.  Enjoy dinner in our new look Baillie restaurant where our chef will tailor a delicious 2 course menu to meet your requirements.  Then why not relax by the fireplace with a coffee or unwind with your colleagues over drinks in our Hudsons Bar. Our rooms provide a restful space to relax in and one in which you will enjoy a good night’s sleep.
